The Pioneer Museum was closed for a time due to water damage. The museum re-opened in 2014 with a ribbon cutting during the Annual 2014 Re-Enactment Weekend.
In addition to the re-opening the Museum unveiled a new display of locally collected arrowheads.
Wayne Brown and Wanda Brown Hurst donated family arrowheads to the museum.
Outside the museum display a new sign dedicated to William J. Curtis who was instrumental in starting the museum.
In addition a few other item were moved or added in the museum.
